Catch 10 dancers from Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows in the Royal City Youth Ballet’s production of the Nutcracker at a hometown show on Sunday, Nov. 27.

The traditional ballet has beautiful sets, extravagant costumes and features a cast of young, dedicated dancers, including Amelia Clutchey, Ashley Donnelly, Taneisha Dunham, Aislin Bates, Neeki Derhami, Ruby Garrett from Maple Ridge, as well as Alexandra Ayley, Eve Meyer, Lily-June Meyer and Julia Pachal from Pitt Meadows.

Royal City Youth Ballet brings together young, enthusiastic dancers from communities across the Lower Mainland to learn and rehearse full length ballets, adding to the training that they receive at their regular studios.
