Man charged in Pitt Meadows rave breaches bail
A man charged with distributing pornographic photographs of an alleged sexual assault of teenage girl at a Pitt Meadows rave has breached his bail conditions.
Dennis John Allen Warrington is set to appear in Port Coquitlam Provincial Court on Monday on one count of breaching a recognizance.
The 20-year-old was charged last year with making child pornography, and intending to distribute it.
Police allege the teenage girl was sexually assaulted at "Another Night in Bangkok," a party held on a farm at 12993 Harris Rd. on Sept. 10, 2010.
A 16-year-old boy took photographs of the alleged assault and sent them to friends who then posted the images on Facebook where they were repeatedly shared online.
Warrington's bail conditions included a curfew from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. seven days a week. Police have not reveal what condition he is accused of violating.
