Maple Ridge man among wanted car thieves

Maple Ridge resident Lawrence Myers has made the list of B.C. most wanted car thieves.

Myers, 36, is wanted on a warrant for breaching probation.

Police allege Myers fled in stolen pickup truck and was arrested after a brief foot chase.

He has 25 Criminal Code convictions since 1996, mostly in Maple Ridge and Port Coquitlam.

• Anyone with information is asked to call RCMP at  604-463-6251. To remain anonymous call CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or leave a tip online at www.bccrimestoppers.com. CrimeStoppers will pay a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
