Keynote speaker of the event will be Naomi Yamamoto, minister of state for small business. She’ll be sharing her vision on how B.C. can be the most small-business friendly province in Canada.

Speakers also will talk about franchising and running a small business, social media, customer service, networking and market research.

The event runs from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Meadow Gardens Golf Course.
