Firefighters used the jaws of life to free a man from mini-van following a crash Friday morning in Maple Ridge.
Ridge Meadows RCMP are still investigating what caused the accident which happened on Golden Ears Way at 203rd Street around 9 a.m.
A witness at the scene said five ambulances, 10 police cars and three firetrucks responded to the crash. Both vans had passengers, including children.
Police were unable to say how many people were injured in the crash.
