CITY OF MAPLE RIDGE
PUBLIC NOTICE
This notice is issued in accordance with Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter.
The City ofMaple Ridge will consider the lease of each the following properties under three separate leases to the Maple Ridge Historical Society, a Society duly incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, for a 3-year term, effective June 1, 2023 at a rate of $3 for the term:
• Maple Ridge Museum located at 22520 116 Avenue, Maple Ridge, BC;
• Approximately 1800 square foot portion of land legally described as Lot 14, Block 6, District Lot 398, Group 1, Plan 155, NewWestminster District;
• St. Andrew’s Heritage Church and land legally described as Lot 4 Block1, District Lot 398, Group 1, Plan 59018, NewWestminster District.
