Beloved Husband, Father, Papa, Uncle, Brother, Role model and Friend to all. He will be dearly missed. His love and generosity could not be matched. He will remain in his Family and Friends hearts forever.
Art leaves behind his wife of 52 years, Dolores Lucille Wood, also his 3 children, daughter Susan Claire, loving grandsons, Blake, Kurtis, Brock, Derek Lukas, Son Bradley James Wood (Leann), grandchildren Lieren, Connor, Leith, Son Jeffrey Arthur Wood, grandchildren, Natalie, Lyndsey, Marcus, Sisters Lillian (George)
Thayer, Myrtle Steigerwald, brother-in-law Miff Lewis; cousins Jack and Nancy Duchan, and several nieces and nephews.
Art was a skipper for RivTow Straits for 35 years. There will be a Celebration of Life held at the home of Art and Dolores Wood in Maple Ridge on Sunday, July 29, 2007 from noon until 4:00 p.m.
