PREENA, Baba Nissar
Baba Nissar Preena of Pitt Meadows passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family on June 07, 2017. Born and raised in Sri Lanka, the son of Mr and Mrs M.S.M Preena. He was a lifelong resident of Pitt Meadows. He leaves his loving wife of 44 years, Daughty (Mihrun), his daughter Dilani (Brad) and his son Omar. Loving Kakay of Calvin and Ethan.
Nissar worked for the Ceylon Transport Board (CTB) for 20 years, prior to his immigration. He then joined BC Transit, where he worked for 35 years, until retirement.
The funeral took place on June 10th, 2017 at the Richmond Masjid, followed by burial at Victory Memorial Park, White Rock.
