On December 18th, 2006. Late of Maple Ridge, B.C., age 91 years. Predeceased by her husband Andries. Survived by daughter Johanna (Anthony) te Boekhorst; 3 grandsons, Michael (Cheryl); David (Jody); and Derrick (Teresa); 4 great grandchildren, Megan; Derrick; Hunter; and Jobyna. Service to be held in the New Year. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mission Gospel, Vancouver, the SPCA; or charity of your choice, would be appreciated.
