Aged 84 years. Born December 9, 1924 in North Bay, Ontario, passed away suddenly on February 19, 2009. Predeceased by husband Bob Shields, brother Billy, sister Shirley, and son-in-law Ken Michel. Lovingly remembered by brother Norman (Olive) Arbuckle, daughters Robin LeFroy, Jenny McLaws (Malcolm), Patty Mead (John), and Karen Michel, grandchildren Heath (Angele), Leslie (Steven), Kyle, Kurt, Kelly, Shannon (Mike), Christy, Richard (Steph), Candise, Matthew (Kim), Christien (Robin) and 12 great grandchildren.
Celebration of Life will be held Friday, February 27, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Burkeview Family Funeral Care, 1340 Dominion Ave., Port Coquitlam, B.C.
