MALLOY - BRUCE, born June 1, 1924, in Macklin, Sask. Passed away April 6, 2005, in Maple Ridge. Bruce is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Dora, by his sister Doris in Maple Ridge, and by his son Andy in Quesnel and daughters Kathleen in Sweden and Joan in Maple Ridge. He lost his son Gordie in 1973. Sons-in-law Tomas Mellgren and Les Granholm mourn his passing, as do grandchildren Lisbet, Niklas, David, Alison and Dawne. Bruce's many friends and extended family will miss his good company and ready sense of humour. A memorial service will be held April 19 at 1pm at Garden Hill Funeral Chapel, 11765 224th St., Maple Ridge, 604-463-8161. In lieu of flowers, mourners may donate to the charity of their choice.
