Carl James Chichenko, passed away peacefully on Thursday (formerly of Maple Ridge B.C), September 28, 2017, at the age
of 89 years, with his beloved wife Phyllis Chichenko of Medicine Hat at his side.
Dad moved to BC where he found work in a lumber mill. Dad left the lumber mill to work for the Maple Ridge Water Department.
Dad was very proud to work for the Municipality and stayed there until he retired. They operated their home based business "Chichenko Upholstery" in Maple Ridge for 45 years.
The funeral service was held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Glen Dueck officiating.
