It is with aching hearts that
we announce the loss of our amazing Mom (Nan, Kay, Casey) just ten days shy of her 97th birthday.
She is predeceased by her parents Anton and Mary, her beloved husband Joe, daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Jerry Fullerton, son-in-law Tom Bull, sisters Anne, Helen, Jean, Vicki, Rose and brother Stan.
She is survived and will be sorely missed by daughter Bernice, brother Tom (Kaye), grandson Terry, great-grandsons Tim, Trevor and Tyler nephews Ricky (Margie and family), Sheldon (Erin, Caitlin and Beth) plus many other nieces, nephews and cousins and special son Cliff Parrish.
Though she gave birth to only two, she was "MOM" to many!
The last couple of years, she resided in Pitt Meadows after spending 35 years on Capital Hill in Burnaby. Until a few weeks ago, she was still playing (and teaching) crib with anyone willing to lose a Loonie or making perogies and cabbage rolls with Bernice.....and heaven forbid she should miss her soaps! She lived and loved life to the fullest and will be so missed.
We would like to say a special "Thank you" to the paramedics and the caring staff at Ridge Meadows Hospital on 2 West.
A memorial will take place on Thursday, May 6, 2010, 2:00 P.M. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 3789 Royal Oak Ave., Burnaby, B.C.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice in Mom's name would be appreciated.
