BENTLEY ~ DAISY "VIVIEN"
Died peacefully at Shuswap Lake Hospital, Salmon Arm on April 4, 2006. Vivien is survived by her children Jim (Mary), Joan, Al (Marilyn), Vivien (George), 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild. Predeceased by sons Gordon and Bill. Daisy "Vivien" was born in 1915 in Hardisty Alberta. She moved to Maple Ridge in 1953. Vivien worked as a Nurses Aide at Riverview until retirement. She then moved to Salmon Arm. She got very active in Hockey and soon became known as "Grandma Hockey". In 2000 she moved back to Maple Ridge . In 2005 she returned to Salmon Arm. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the staff at Golden Ears Retirement Home in Maple Ridge and Hillside Village in Salmon Arm. Services were held on April 10, 2006 at Garden Hill Funeral Chapel. Pastor Allen Herm officiated.
