KEEPING, David William
Passed away in Maple Ridge on Wednesday July 12, 2006. David was born in Halifax, NS, son of the late Maxwell and Pat (Carmen Agnes D'Abreu) Keeping. David worked for Telxon International in Australia, Singapore, and Toronto, before going into business for himself. David is survived by his sons, Chris (age 16) and Max (age 15) of Maple Ridge, daughter Lisa Keeping (Doug Brown), and granddaughter Norah, Waterloo, ON. He is also survived by sisters Gail (Frank) Croucher, Sally (Garry) Davies, Susan MacDougall, and Jane Keeping (Glen Morton), all residing in Nova Scotia. Dave was a hockey and golf enthusiast, and enjoyed his two sons' pursuit of the sports. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel and will be followed with a private family ceremony in Holy Cross Cemetery, New Glasgow, NS at a later date.
