Doug McLean
Doug passed into the arms of our Lord on June 12, 2007 with his family at his side. Dad was a long time resident of Whonnock B.C. (1963). He has spent the last years at Creekside Manor/Baillie House, due to failing health.
Dad was born on October 31st, 1925 to Clarence and Annie McLean in Tofield, Alberta.
Doug was predeceased by his beloved wife Mary (1993); daughter Monica Doreen (1988) and son Sean (1990).
Dad was loved so very much and will be missed by daughter Theresa (Brian) Yates Pitt Meadows; sons Stewart (Chilliwack), Greg (Lorri) Whonnock and Tony (Shirley) Mission. Grandchildren; Katrina (Dave) Hucul, Cody Yates, Grady, Jolene, Delaney and
Alicia McLean. Great grandaughters Alayna and Erynn Hucul. Brother Jack (Grace) McLean, Millet, Alberta; sisters Doreen Elliott, Edmonton Alberta and Isobelle (Bill) Stoyko, Edmonton, Alberta. Doug will also be missed by the Street and Beaulieu families and many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Luke's Catholic Church 20285 Dewdney Trunk Rd. Maple Ridge, B.C. on Monday June 18th, 2007 at 11 AM. Fr. Seamus Mackrell celebrant. Interment to follow in Maple Ridge Cemetery. In
lieu of flowers donations in Doug's name, to your local hospice would be
