SCHULZE, Guenter Wilhelm

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Guenter Wilhelm Schulze on April 30th. He was born Dec. 9th, 1946 in Braunschweig, Germany. He immigrated to Canada in the 60's and came out west and settled in Whonnock for many years. He was predeceased by his parents Erich and Henny. He leaves to mourn his brothers Ernst (Darlene) and Klaus from Fruitvale, BC also relatives in Germany, Italy and Australia. He will be sorely missed by his longtime friend and employee Dave (Shawna) Kvist of Mission, BC, as well as long time friends Dieter (Marnie) Ulrich and Phil (Linda) Johnson of Maple Ridge, BC. Guenter was a successful electrical contractor in Maple Ridge and the greater Vancouver area for many years. He was an avid fan of football and hockey, never hesitating to make a friendly wager with his many friends. He also had a big heart for God's creatures, big and small, and wouldn't knowingly hurt any animal or insect. There will be no service by request. A donation to the SPCA or Katie's Place can be made in Guenter's name if you wish.
