Born in Vancouver, BC April 7, 1948. Passed away suddenly December 28, 2004. Predeceased by her father Jake Derksen. Survived by her loving husband Chris, Daughter Carla, Granddaughter Darian, Grandson Marcus, Mother Lydia (Harold), brother Wally (Anita), 4 sister-in-laws, many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and Friends.

Gwen will be lovingly remembered
