HONE, Heinz
April 10, 1936 - April 12, 2017
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Heinz Hone after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Heinz is survived by his loving and devoted wife Angela, son Gordon (Karin), grandchildren Carson and Avery, son Andreas (Cindy), and grandchildren Eric and Tristan.
Opi will be missed by everyone; his quick wit, amazing memory and attention to detail were a just a few of his best traits. He loved to sail, fish, travel, spend time with his family and many times said he was filling the 'bucket list'. He loved his family greatly and was blessed with wonderful friends.
Thank you to the nurses and staff at the McKinney Creek Hospice and Maple Ridge Hospital 2 West for their compassion and excellent care.
