It's with great sadness that we announce the passing of Helen Barbara Hayes. Predeceased by her husband, Harold, of 56 years; her five sisters; and one brother. She is survived by her two sons, Bob (Ginny) and Bernie (Lillian); 10 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren. Helen also leaves behind her devoted sister, Louisa Kennell. A very special Thank You to the Care-Aid's and nurses of the 3rd floor at Langley Lodge for the extra special loving care and attention they gave our mother. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice. Prayers to be held on Thursday, December 4th at 6:00pm at St, Luke's Catholic Church - 20285 Dewdney Trunk Road. Funeral Mass to be celebrated on Friday, December 5th at 11:00am at St. Luke's Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Maple Ridge Cemetery.
