PERRY, IDA (KROSSA)

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Ida Perry. A large family reunion party hosted by her daughters was held on the long weekend in August to honor Ida on her 78th birthday. Her many relatives and friends came from as far away as Sask. Mom was so thrilled to see everyone as she had not been able to travel in recent years due to her Parkinsons. We are so grateful she is now at peace ad also thankful God has given her angel wings so she can watch over all of us. Ida will be profoundly missed by her 4 daughters, Ruth, Norma (Peter), Sandi, and June, 11 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Also survived by 2 brothers, Albert and Fred, 3 sisters,
Marie, Emma and Margaret. Ida was predeceased by the special men in her life, Blackie, Wilf, Chuck and her dearly loved son, Ross. Also gone before are her 2 brothers, Paul and Henry and 2 sisters, Martha and Alma. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to all of Ida's caregivers at the Holyrood Manor where she spent her final years. Thank you all for your support and for loving her like family. Funeral services to be held Thursday, September 24th, 2009 at 11:00 am. At First Memorial Burkeview Chapel, 1340 Dominion Ave., Port Coquitlam 604-944-4128. In lieu of flowers donations to the B.C. Parkinsons Assoc. or the B.C. Cancer Society would be appreciated.
