FILER ~ Janette
Janette Filer passed away on August 30th, 2007 at the Kelowna General Hospital at the age of 87 years. Janette was predeceased by her husband Roy in 1987, her brother Arthur and a grandson Jonathan in 2004.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Velma (Gordon) Flann, her 2 sons, David (Karen) and Fred (Loretta), 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and her sister Evelyn Daykin. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 6th, 2007 at 2:00 pm. at Valleyview Funeral Home, 165 Valleyview Road Kelowna. Interment will take place at the Maple Ridge Cemetery on Friday, September 7th , 2007 at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the BC Cancer Foundation, 399 Royal Ave. Kelowna, BC V1Y 5L3. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.mem.com.
