KASK ~ John Allan

John, 66 years of Maple Ridge, B.C. passed away peacefully on December 23, 2007. John was born Dec. 05, 1941 to Patricia and Bill Kask, a pioneer family in Burnaby, B.C. John entered the family business in the early 1960’s with his brother Bill and went on to create the largest independent concrete company in Vancouver. He was an avid fisherman and hunter who enjoyed the company of his family and friends. John is survived by his wife Lynn, 2 daughters Denise, Michelle (Ralph), 2 sons Michael (Tanya), Gordon (Jenny) and their mother Judi Kask, stepsons Troy (Nicole), Paul (Suzie), Stacy (Julie) as well as eight grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Brian (Sandy) and numerous nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his father William, mother Patricia and his brother William Jr. A “Celebration of Life” service will be held on Jan. 06, 2008 from 1pm - 3pm at the Executive Inn, 405 North Road, Coquitlam, B.C. In lieu of flowers donations in John’s memory to the Canadian Diabetic Association would be greatly appreciated.
