RIMES, Leslie Walter of West Vancouver, recently of Maple Ridge, born January 5,th 1915 in Vancouver, B.C. passed away June 9, 2004. Survived by his loving family; wife Nancy, sons Edward Hardy of Calgary and Erick R. (Nalini) of Pitt Meadows, 10 grandchildren, 7 great-granchildren, sister Phylis Rimes, relatives and dear friends. Leslie was a well known local writer, that wrote many things including "I cover the waterfront", from the 60's. He also was a freelance writer that worked on projects from all over the world.
