GIANNI, LUIGI passed away peacefully at home in Maple Ridge on Monday, May 10th, 2004, after a short struggle with Cancer. Lui was born in 1928 in Lucca, Italy, and spent most of his life in Canada, working as a chef in logging camps until his retirement in 1998. He will be fondly remembered by his special friend Paul Turnbull, and by many other friends and acquaintances. A Service of Remembrance will be held Tuesday, May 25th at 1:00PM in the MAPLE RIDGE FUNERAL CHAPEL (Osborn's), 11969 - 216th Street. In lieu of flowers, donations to the BC Cancer Society would be appreciated.
