JOHNSTONE, Michael, April 25,1942 - March 8, 2008. Predeceased by his father Robert in 1968 and his mother Dorothy in 1999. Survived by his brother David (Gwen) Johnstone, nephew Derrick (Jennifer) Johnstone and niece Karly Johnstone and by a half brother Robert Johnstone in Australia. A memorial service for Michael will be held at the Masonic Hall, 22272 - 116 Ave., Maple Ridge on Thursday, March 20, 2008 at 1 p.m.
