MEYER ~ Peter Cornelis

Passed away peacefully March 9, 2006. Peter leaves behind his loving wife of 26 years Carol, daughter Katrina and her husband Ryan and grandson Bryce, daughter Kristy and her boyfriend Jack, mother Dorothy, sisters Jannette (Ron), Maryella (Walter), brothers Ron (Marlene), Henry (Sandy), and Ted (Lisa), mother-in-law Cathy (Gary), brothers-in-law Philip (Becky) and Sandy, sister-in-law Chris (Neil). Also many nieces and nephews and many friends.
Peter had always been very actively involved in coaching, refereeing, and umpiring and he continued that love of sports with his daughters as they were growing up.
Words cannot express the appreciation of the dedication of Dr. Dennis Chapman over the years. We would also like to acknowledge the extraordinary care of the entire ICU staff at Vancouver General Hospital.
A Celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2006 at 1:00p.m. at Meadow Gardens Golf Course, 19675 Meadow Gardens Way, Pitt Meadows. In lieu of flowers,donations can be made to: VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation for the ICU unit (www.supportvgh.ca)
