Passed away peacefully on June 12, 2008 at McKinney Creek Hospice in Maple Ridge, BC. Predeceased by his grandson Michael Robert Daigle. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Yvonne; daughter Kimberly, sons Mark
(Laverne), Larry (Anita), Dale and Kevin (Cynthia), 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 2 sisters; Elizabeth (John) and Virginia (Leo), 2 brothers George (Mary) and Tony (Helen) as well as many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Robert has been a resident of Maple Ridge since 1969. He enjoyed and loved to play his guitar and hunting and fishing were a few of his greatest joys. Robert was also involved with many sporting activities as a Coach. He will forever be loved and missed by all who knew him.
A Celebration of his Life will be held on June 22, 2008, 1:00-4:00pm at Thornhill Hall,

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Robert may be made to the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation.
