BECKER - ROBERT IRA BARRY, born December 30, 1946 passed away peacefully on January 31, 2005 at Ridge Meadows Hospital. he will be deeply missed by his children Dylan, Shondra, Sonny, Aaron and daughter-in-law Penny Becker, beloved grandchildren Kearra, Jacob, Thomas, Keighley and Abigail. He is also survived by his sisters and brothers Barbara Willock (Dan), Charles (Tony) and Elizabeth Hudson (Alan), nephew Geoff, niece Elizabeth (Darian).
Robert was born in Victoria and spent most of his early years there. Later he moved to Calgary where he pursued a career in the construction trades. He came to Vancouver where he completed many subdivisions in the Maple Ridge and Langley ara. In the 1990's he moved to the Sunshine Coast to finish one last project.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday February 5 at 2:00PM at Garden Hill Funeral Chapel, 11765 - 224th Street, Maple Ridge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Union Gospel, Mission.
