MAKTON, RUDOLPH JOHN, born August 17, 1926 in Vancouver, BC passed away peacefully on July 28, 2004 at Ridge Meadows Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Marion, his sister Beverley Fielder and close friend Eve Lewis and many other close family and friends. Rudolph served in the Royal Canadian Navy during World War 2 and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #88 for 47 years. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2004 at 1:00PM at Garden Hill Funeral Chapel, 11765 - 224th Street, Maple Ridge, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia Research Fund of Canada.
