Born April 16, 1917 in Hazerswoude Dorp, Holland. Passed away August 5, 2005 in Ridge Meadows Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Theodorus (Dirk), her daughter Ann Menard and granddaughter Tammy van Lissum. Survived by her 6 children, Ken (Irene), Doreen (John), Maria (Bill), Michael (Cathy), Theo, Letty (Barry) and her son-in-law Larry as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also has many relatives in Holland. Funeral Services to be held at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, 20285 Dewdney Trunk Rd., Maple Ridge, Wednesday, August 10th at 10:30 A.M. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the B.C. Heart & Stroke Foundation.
