It is with deep sorrow that we announce Bill's passing after a lengthy illness on Saturday, May 13, 2006 at the age of 73 years. Survived by his loving wife Connie, his sons Stephen and Gary, step-sons Barry and Garry Steinthorson, step-daughter Kandace Steinthorson, his brother Paul, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Bill was predeceased by his mother Nettie, father Samuel and his brother Walter. A celebration of Bill's life will be held at a later date in Brandon, Manitoba. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the BC Lung Association: P.O. Box 34009, Postal Station D, Vancouver, B.C. V6J 4M2.
