End prohibition

Editor, The News:

Ed Schellenberg, the serviceman in the recent mass murder in Surrey, is another victim of prohibition.

Prohibition of drugs only benefits criminals, just like the prohibition of alcohol did in the '30s.

How many more innocent people must die before we stop giving criminals control of drug distribution?

Richard Nixon’s war on drugs has created such a large criminal gang system. Canada needs to assert its independence and stop supporting the ineffective U.S. wars.

End prohibition and end the need for gangs to exist.

End prohibition and you can then treat drug addicts instead of letting gangs push drug consumption.

No gangs means no more innocent victims.
