iPads are nice, but not a necessity

How about instead of cutting from the little people, we start looking at all the managers and trustees salaries and cut from there?

We are already spread out thinner than we need to be. Look at money being spent on iPads for students and laptops for every teacher. Yes, this is nice, but not a necessity. Or the lunches for meetings and expenses that are paid out to contractors?

There are many ways to find cost savings without eliminating or cutting hours of people’s jobs. The government also needs to step in and give the boards more money.
