‘How much more can we squeeze out?’

Based on the response to my previous letters, I give up. The sheep of Pitt Meadows will continue to pay higher and higher taxes while going ‘baa baa.’
The mayor and council have played it smart and just kept out of the spotlight, waiting for the protest and petition to turn to dust and blow away. Leadership at its best.
I can just see it now, in a few years the sheep will realize that they have been sheared and wonder how things became this bad. Well, Pitt Meadows taxpayers, look in the mirror and you will see who to blame.
At least Mission is making an effort. In Pitt Meadows, it’s just ‘how much more can we squeeze out of our residents.’
