Sorry, I don’t trust TransLink with banking my info.

Have you been to the TReO web site?
While I appreciate having to pay to register my vehicle right away, I vehemently object to giving TransLink any access to my bank accounts or credit card accounts, so it can extract funds any time it feels I owe it.
I don’t see why a billing option can’t be put on the web site instead of TransLink saying you can change the payment option at a later date.
Sorry, I simply don’t trust TransLink. If it makes a mistake on your bill – which has been evident in the past – we will have to pay for it. The onus is on the public to prove TransLink wrong. Meanwhile, it already has your money.
This needs to be fixed now, no thanks to TReO.
