Loyal fan of smiley face cookies defends mall bakery

Re: Out with the old (The News, Feb. 22).
The Haney Bakery in Haney Place mall has been there for 26 years. When I was in there recently, the woman told me they were being forced to move out their store. They were given until March 31. How can that be right?
I think it’s horrible what’s happening to the Haney Bakery, and I will follow them and their smiley face cookies anywhere.
