Re: Why pay for service I wouldn’t use? (Letters, Oct. 16).
I don’t think anyone should complain about paying taxes for schools just because you have no children or that your children have finished school.
That is the whole idea about public education, or we would be back to only private schools for the wealthy.
Each generation, in their, turn pays school taxes and we should be pleased to do so.
Garbage is something else.
