Pitt blanks Marriott

The Pitt Meadows Marauders Grade 8 football team continues to rack up the wins with a 30-0 defeat of Earl Marriott Secondary at home on Tuesday.

The Grade 8 Marauders are undefeated in league play so far this season with a 3-0 record to lead the B.C. High School Football Association’s Eastern Conference.

The Marauders hit the road next week as the take on the 2-1 Notre Dame Regional Secondary Jugglers on Monday.

In junior varsity action, the Samuel Robertson Titans fell 41-6 to the Rick Hansen Secondary Hurricanes, Wednesday at home.

The Titans drop to 1-3 this season with the loss, and next face the 2-1 Holy Cross Crusaders on the road next Thursday in Surrey.
