The cold, wet weather this week wasn’t enough to keep Bill Yang off the links, as he chips onto the ninth green at the Maple Ridge Golf Course Wednesday afternoon. Yang, a stock market trader from Pitt Meadows, is a member at the local nine-hole golf club and is on the course whenever he has down time, rain or shine.
