The women’s team turned in another excellent performance as seven women finished in the top 20 positions in an 83 competitor field.

Regan, a sophomore at the NCAA Division 2 school, finished 26th in the women’s six-km race with a time of 24:40.6.

Lindsey Butterworth of North Vancouver was the Clan’s top finisher on the women’s side as her time of 22:35.3 earned her fourth place.

The SFU Clan women’s cross country team cracked the NCAA Division 2 national rankings last week, coming in at No. 9.
