Knights 6-2 with win

The Meadow Ridge Knights prevailed over Naniamo in Valley Community Football League action, winning 17-7 on the road Saturday afternoon. The win improves the midget Knights to 6-2 this season, giving them a share of second place in the province.

Also in action last weekend was the Meadow Ridge Gold Knights peewee squad, who blanked the Chilliwack Blue Giants 24-0 on the road. The Gold Knights are currently in second place in the peewee division with a record of 6-2.
