Free session on getting an athletic scholarship
Free athletic scholarship information sessions, open to male and female student athletes in Grade 7-12, of all sports, along with their parents.
These sessions are being conducted by Bill Green, school principal, coach and father of Milwaukee Brewers player Taylor Green.
The sessions will focus on what families need to do to design their lives around their goals of playing at the provincial, national, college/university or professional levels.
The sessions will be held at the Walnut Grove Community Centre in Langley, on Saturday, Nov. 17, from 6-7:30 p.m., and on Sunday, Nov. 18, from 12:30-2 p.m.
