Peewee A3s collect silver at Chase tourney

The Ridge Meadows pee wee A3 hockey team took silver at a Tier 4 tournament in Chase last weekend. The Rustlers defeated Langley 6-4, Clearwater 4-1, and the hometown team 6-4. The Rustlers lost to the North Shore Winter Club to open the tournament, and in the final. Ridge was powered by strong goaltending from Matteo Petrelli, and Nathan Ollmann throughout the tournament. They got an offensive support from a countering back end of Cam Plamondon, Nic Roussel, Cole Treleaven, Ryan Murphy, Kyle Mair and Braeden Hallman. Tomislav Stojcic, Trev Graham, Matthew David, Joshua Walls, Jake Sheridan Cam Gjaltema, Cale Andreson and Asher Braski provided a relentless forechek.
