The Pitt Meadows Economic Development Corporation has developed a program that could fit.
Its Ambassador Program brings together residents, business people and key leaders to help promote Pitt Meadows as the community to live, work, play and invest.
Ambassadors are a team of local volunteers who act as a link to maximize the positive synergies between residents and businesses.
Ambassadors welcome new businesses and assist with business participation in community events as well as ground-breakings, grand openings and business anniversary celebrations. They may also speak to associations, trade and business groups and generally help raise positive awareness of PMEDC’s development initiatives.
Ambassadors will help tell Pitt Meadows’ story and raise the city’s profile, which builds a stronger community.
It’s also a good way to build relationships with residents and businesses in your community.
