Norm Jorgensen won best dressed male in his homemade bear costume at the annual Halloween celebration at Greystone Manor Monday afternoon. Prizes went to best dressed male and female and also most original. Over 30 residents came to the luncheon dressed up. The menu consisted of deviled eggs with shrimp horns
