The Kiwanis Club of Golden Ears presented cheques to 21 parent advisory councils in the Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows school district last week.
The cheques totalled $6,300.
Whonnock elementary principal Renee Scoular hosted the district PAC meeting, attended by superintendent Sylvia Russell and more than 30 parent committee officials.
