For anyone feeling like they need a little more pizzazz in their life or spark or fun, a Maple Ridge resident has published a new book to help.
Treena Innes, executive director of the Ridge Meadows Division of Family Practice and founder of the charity Bouquets for Baba, who has now added life fun expert to her title, has written a book called Mind Doodles: This Is What I Know to inspire conversations amongst friends and family, about – life.
“I have coined myself as a Life Fun Expert with a vision to help people find more fun, laughter and spice in their life if they are craving it (or lost it along the life way!). I have been encouraged and inspired by readers of my book to show them how to live a more lively, vibrant, fun and playful life,” said Innes.
The book provides life thoughts in a Mind Doodle style where readers take colourful words, contemplating their own feelings, coming up with ideas and questions surrounding genuine reflections.
In conjunction with the release of the book, Innes is holding two special online workshops to “put your get-up-and-go back into your life”.
