The Maple Ridge Art Gallery will host the latest juried exhibition from the Fraser Valley Chapter of the Federation of Canadian Artists this weekend.
Twenty one artists will be featured in the juried group show, highlighting a variety of mediums, including acrylic, oil, encaustic and numerous dry mediums.
The Fraser Valley Chapter of the FCA was created in 1941 and currently has more than 70 members. Individual members also exhibit their work at the Federation Gallery in Vancouver.
The show will be running at the Maple Ridge Art Gallery, at the ACT, 11944 Haney Place, Oct. 18 to Nov. 15. Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday and selected evenings.
There will be a free opening reception from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday Oct. 18.
