Artists across Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows are making their final preparations for the tour coming on the Mother's Day long weekend.
The 25th annual tour will include more than 100 visual artists, both emerging artists and those internationally established, who will be opening their doors to the public.
For the anniversary tour, guests will be treated to prizes, live music, free buttons and stickers at various stops along the way.
The free, family tour takes place at 31 different locations throughout both communities at 17 artist studios, the Pitt Meadows Art Gallery, South Bonson Community Centre, the Albion Community Centre and the Maple Ridge Lapidary Club.
Locally made art will be available for sale directly from the artists and there will also be demonstrations.

The Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Art Studio Tour takes place Mother's Day weekend, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 10-11.
